Remember: you must be a full time student (12 or more hours, 9 for grad students) AND a member of the club to take advantage of this sick deal. You need not be a U student, ALL students are welcome! Spouses of students and residents are eligible with proof of marrige. Medical Residents are eligible for this pass with ONE additional requirement. They must have a letter attesting to their medical resident status from the Registrar. It MUST be on U/U Medical Center or U/U Hospital's letterhead (copies or any other letterhead not acceptable). |
